Ganduje suspends media aide for demanding #EndSARS

Governor Umar Ganduje has suspended his media aide who criticised President Muhammadu Buhari’s handling of #EndSARS campaign.
Salihu Tanko-Yakasai was asked to proceed on suspension after slamming the president as insensitive towards the worldwide campaign to rid the Nigerian police of brutality.
A source confirmed the development to Peoples Gazette Sunday afternoon.
Mr. Yakasai has served as Mr. Ganduje’s spokesman since 2015. He has long touted his relationship with the governor as special and unbreakable.
He declined comments about his suspension to Peoples Gazette Sunday evening.
