The APC held that Messrs Abubakar and Obi only dumped documents on the court, hoping they were enough evidence to strip Mr Tinubu of his presidency.
One of the documents was the admission letter offered to Mr Tinubu by the university.
The witnesses all agreed that other aspects of the election went well until it was time to upload the presidential results, and then the BVAS machines refused to work.
Testifying, Mr Egwuma and Ms Timothy told the court that they worked as polling unit officers.
The witness alleged that ballot papers and result sheets were manipulated by compromised electoral officers in collusion with agents of other political parties.
Two of the documents tendered were Form EC 8E, which is the final declaration of the winner’s result and BVAS report from all 36 states and FCT.
Mr Abubakar further posited that the federal institutions should be made competitive for foreign and local investors to come in.
The council will be officially inaugurated by Mr Adamu on Thursday.
“One thing I can tell you is that we, the Nigerian youths, are not going to allow anyone above the age of 60 years to run for president.”
