Mr Balogun said the fund has been authorised for release to address outstanding arrears, including the accoutrement allowance.
Mr Pate said that power was health, and without reliable electricity, vaccines spoil, surgeries stall, and lives are lost.
Mr Balogun said that more federal hospitals would be added to the safety net.
According to him, Nigerian hospitals are now attracting patients from other West African countries.
The federal government is actively seeking global investments to boost local health manufacturing in Nigeria.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Alaba Balogun, clarified that the disease had not been detected in Nigeria and urged citizens to remain calm.
