The organisation said, “The Nigerian authorities have failed the people of Plateau State again and again.”
He said he had convened a security council meeting in response to the attack.
Avian influenza, popularly known as bird flu, has killed 300 birds on a farm in Plateau.
The media officer explained that the suspects were arrested on December 10, with a cache of ammunition.
