Mr Cishak called on the political parties and other stakeholders to abide by the timetable released by the commission ahead of the polls.
The politician assured the commission that the parliament will undertake the renovation of its building and offices to provide a conducive work environment for its staff.
The commission was set up to investigate the killings, looting and destruction that occurred during the protest in August.
