The commissioner described the development as a major operational success.
He said the measure was aimed at boosting water supply and irrigation activities.
He said the 102 PHCs would be established this year, while 259 others would be established before the administration’s tenure expires.
Dayyabu said that the state was poised to make significant strides towards achieving its WASH goals.
Mr Mu’azu explained that the development followed a security council meeting on Tuesday.
“The order affects LGs fully affected by banditry and other related crimes,” Mr Mu’azu said.
The governor warned that his new government will not tolerate any activity that will breach the existing peace in the state.
