The police prosecutor said the defendant betrayed the trust reposed in him by his employer.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened sections 312, 322 and 288 of the Nasarawa State penal code.
“Items recovered from them include three cars and 13 phones.”
According to him, the defendants engaged in a fight, inflicting injuries on themselves.
“The defendant, Arowolo Sunday, is hereby found guilty and convicted of the offence of murder of Arowolo Dare on the 9th of April, 2021.”
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
