“Hoarding fuel bought at subsidised price and creating panic in the state is opportunistic and will not be condoned,” he said.
“I decided to refill my tank today so that I will not suffer searching for fuel around when the filling stations start their artificial scarcity.”
“What we do know is that when people’s livelihoods are threatened, many may react with anxiety symptoms.”
