Mr Okowa congratulated the new appointees on their appointments and urged them to be ready to offer selfless services that would inspire sustainable growth and development of the state.
Mr Okowa said that the budget was made up of N5.6 billion recurrent expenditure and N65.5 billion capital expenditure.

Mr Oborevwori said that his administration would ensure adequate collaboration and synergy with relevant groups and institutions in the state to drive his “MORE” agenda.
He said his first two years in office were so turbulent that it was difficult to pay workers’ salaries, but his administration weathered the storm.
