The defendants are accused of criminal conspiracy, attempt to kidnap, abetment, kidnapping and concealing a dead body.
Mrs Buhari said the offender must be punished inorder to appease Nigerians enraged by the dastardly act.
“The state will ensure that the defendants have legal representation so that case will go on.”
The child was killed by the school proprietor, Abdulmalik Abubakar, after he had demanded N6 million ransom from her parent.
