The judge described Ayoade as a “criminally audacious man who turned a child’s vagina into a playground.”
Mr Okeh was handed the sentence on Wednesday. Before his arrest, arraignment, conviction and sentencing, he was a music teacher and counsellor at Lachez O International School in Agege.
Ms Soladoye ruled that the survivor’s testimony againt tje convict remained unshaken.
The judge said, “This irresponsible and randy teacher who teaches his pupils nonsense should be locked away.’’
The judge ordered that the sentencing should run concurrently and the convict’s name put in the Lagos State sexual offences register.
Justice Abiola Soladoye held that the evidence of the respective prosecution witnesses was believable and truthful.s
Soladoye said that the defendant was a dirty old man.
The trial judge described Mr Ekanem as a “sexual terrorist”.
He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him.
Justice Abiola Soladoye held that the prosecution had proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt on the charge of defilement against Mr Okon.
