“Laboratory analysis…confirms that they contain unacceptable quantities of diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol, which are toxic to humans and may cause death.”
The cough syrups are identified as Promethazine Oral Solution, Kofexmalin Baby Cough Syrup, Makoff Baby Cough Syrup and Magrip N Cold Syrup.
