Governor Abdullahi Sule has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bengo province on cooperation in agriculture, mining and education.
Mr Abdulgafar said that a Memorandum of Understanding had already been signed with the University of Ilorin.
The initiative aims to tackle youth unemployment and promote sustainable poverty reduction through targeted interventions.
He said Lagos has similar economic features as Guangdong.
Parts of the resolution include setting up a joint committee with five representatives each from the government and the NLC.
He urged telecom operators to prioritise visible and measurable improvements in network reliability.
Mr Adelabu stated that the agreement could achieve the vision for the renewable energy sub-segment of the power sector.
