Ms Ahmad expressed delight at the symbolic transfer of ownership of the university from the Ogun state government to the federal government.
Mr Ahmad said that of the maximum obtainable score of 210, 13 candidates had the highest score of 202, while 27 candidates scored the lowest score of 1.
