Mr Ekpo alleged that the defendant belonged to an unlawful society known as ‘Aye Confraternity.’
Mr Ibiwoye, whose address was not provided, is facing a two-count charge of stealing and causing a breach of peace.
The prosecutor said the offence contravened Sections 287 and 168 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The police prosecutor told the court that the defendant committed the offences on September 5, at about 11.30.p.m at the Powerline Area of Oto-Awori, Ijanikin, Lagos.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence.
