The organisation also lauded security agencies for visibility in all the wards and polling units across the 25 local government areas.
A cross-section of the PWDs said they currently experience hardship owing to a lack of visible means of livelihood.
“And that most of the states have established the commission while Kebbi is one of the few states yet to do so.”
He there was still room for advancement in inclusivity in all three states to meet international standard of inclusivity.
She also called for efforts to enhance accessibility and empower individuals with disabilities to participate fully in all life aspects.
Mr Dominic said TAF Africa deployed 90 trained observers across polling units with registered PWDs in the three states.
The stakeholders say they plan to construct improved toilets in motor parks and markets across the state.
The group said the omission of PWDs contravened the Discrimination Against PWDs Prohibition Act 2018.
“We cannot compete with the able-bodied in terms of seeking employment and appointment given our condition, hence the need for special consideration,” he added.
The group made the call in a press conference in Abuja on the state of affairs of Nigerians with disabilities.
