The group made the call in a press conference in Abuja on the state of affairs of Nigerians with disabilities.
The PWDs said the domestication would help in protecting the rights of persons with disability and ensure inclusiveness.
“We can say our airlines have standardised to a great extent, including voluntary commitments, their procedures for acceptance and handling of disabled passengers,” he said.
The federal government has urged persons with disabilities (PWDs) to be involved in the 2023 national population census and be counted.
Mr Nentawe Yilwatda said his government would also ensure that all key institutions were PWDs friendly.
“The new Nigeria we want to build has no party,” Mr Obi said on Friday at a campaign rally in Jos, Plateau.
“There are many people with disabilities, and the force is working to fully implement and execute the five per cent empowerment reservation for PWDs.”
Ms Muhammad said that the N100m donations to the PWDs by the state government was to enhance their welfare and livelihood.
Many are not allowed participation in decision making, including those that directly affects them.
Both parties agreed to collaborate when the NCPWD executive secretary, James Lalu, hosted an Amnesty International delegation led by Cecilia Aransiola.
