A total of 281 BVAS machines were identified as those that were used in Okene Local Government Area.
The petition was dismissed for lack of merit and the inability of the petitioners to prove their case as required by law.

Justice Haruna Tsammani, chairman of the five-member panel of the court, adjourned hearing in the petition until Tuesday.
