He also stated that the council approved the construction of another flyover at the Otouwodo end along the Asaba-Ughelli route at a cost of N39.3 billion.
On Monday, the Delta government approved transmitting the N936 billion proposed budget for the 2025 fiscal year to the parliament for further deliberation.
“The budget is premised on the vision of the present administration, encompassing largely its activities and programmes.”
The Delta government has earmarked N714 billion for the 2024 fiscal year.
