The committee expressed appreciation to all members for their total compliance.
The association expressed concern over delays in concluding talks and signing agreements with the federal government.
Mr Ibrahim called for practical measures to cushion the effects of inflation.
Mr Ibrahim said the delay had caused hardship for its members and their families.
The two unions, operating under the Joint Action Committee (JAC), were seen displaying placards with different descriptions of their requests.
The Joint Action Committee of the Non-Academic Staff Union and Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities has issued a seven-day strike notice to the federal government.
“This discriminatory practice is both unjust and unacceptable,” he said.
He also said that it was their hope that the deliberations would culminate in meaningful resolutions.
Mr Arobadi appealed to President Bola Tinubu to consider the plight of Nigerian youths.
“We are crying, our children are dying pay us our salaries.”
