This was announced in Kaduna on Wednesday at the presentation of Citizens Accountability Report (CAR) on the implementation of Kaduna State 2022 budget.
The board had, in June 2022, sacked 2,357 primary school teachers, citing their failure in the competency tests it conducted.
This decision was reached following a breakdown of law and order, which led to the killing of two citizens in an incident of urban gang violence.
Mr Aruwan explained that the troops made contact with the bandits at Farin Ruwa and neutralised two of them while others were forced to withdraw under the troops’ superior firepower.
Mr Aruwan said troops foiled a kidnap attempt in the Ungwan Madaki general area of Chikun local government.
Mr Aruwan said it was in furtherance of the weekend breakthrough recorded by the security forces in its clearance of bandits and terrorist camps around the state.
The commissioner said the state had recorded a recent boost in its tax collection and that very soon whatever comes as federal allocation will only be an addition.
