Mr Yusuf warned members of the State Executive Council against disloyalty.
Mr Doguwa said public service gave him valuable experience and he would continue serving.
According to him, the board can now comfortably pay its staff salaries.
The commissioner informed industries and commercial establishments that the era of free access to government water was over.
The commissioner said that for education to progress, there was a need for collective efforts between government, individuals and non-governmental organisations.
The EU, in collaboration with UNICEF, has commenced training education stakeholders on school safety, psycho-social support and climate literacy in Kano.
Kano State manages seven million primary and secondary school students across its 44 local government areas.
The gesture, he said, would assist indigent students to write the examinations and further their education.
Mr Doguwa said the present administration was keen interest towards overall development of the education sector.
He said the three-week exercise was designed to increase the number of competent technical teachers in the state.
