The Lagos State government successfully proved a one-count charge of sexual assault by penetration against the convict.

“Jude, a native of Ezeagu local government area of Enugu state, reportedly left his duty post to purchase personal items when he was attacked,” the army said.
He said Nigeria has about 10.5 million children connected to the streets; one of the highest figures globally.
“The complainant said the defendant begged him for forgiveness, and he decided to pardon him, considering the fact that they live in the same area,” the police said.
Mr Shettima said the partnership would be actualised through key initiatives.
In the suit, the petitioner told the court that his wife had subjected him to psychological and physical trauma in the last three years.
