Tems features on ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ soundtrack

Nigerian singer and songwriter Temilade Openiyi, professionally known as Tems, has been featured on the soundtrack of Black Panther sequel, ‘Wakanda Forever’.
Tems, whose vocal rendition and sampling of Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry”, is the official teaser of the soon to be released Marvel Studios’ blockbuster directed by Ryan Coogler, set to be released in the United States on November 11, 2022.
The singer and recent BET award winner has been enjoying a successful 2022, from racking in awards, to featuring in hit international songs like Future’s “Wait for you” which topped the billboard 100 chart, to also working on Beyoncé’s latest album.
The singer was revealed to have worked and been credited on track 10 of Queen Bey’s latest album “Renaissance”, which the international star revealed on her insta stories when she posted the tracklist of the 16 track album set to be released July 29, 2022.
The song titled ‘Move’, credited Richard Isona, Ariowa Irosogie, Denisia Blu June Andrews, Brittany Coney, Temilade Openiyi, and Ronald Banful. Also credited on the album, is Nigerian-British producer Richard Olowaranti Mbu Isong (P2J).
