Reports say the singer refused to perform at the concert because he did not like the clothes he was styled in.

Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel has been arrested in Tanzania for failing to show up at a paid concert on Sunday.

Fans who had paid as high as $5,000 for a table to see Kizz perform went irate, breaking things in the Old Nextdoor Arena concert venue after their idol failed to show up.

The “Buga” crooner, in viral video on social media, could be seen being escorted by uniformed men to the back of a pickup truck outside the hotel, in Tanzania.

Reports say the singer refused to perform at the concert because he did not like the clothes he was styled in.

He is yet to issue an official statement or apology over the incidence.

The latest ‘no show’ is Kizz Daniel’s third in four weeks.

On July 7, he was rebuffed by fans who he stood up for about five hours before performing in DMV. His concert in Denver was also abruptly cancelled on July 28.
