Arsenal wallop Fulham to stay atop EPL log

Arsenal continued with their impressive performance in the English Premier League on Sunday, beating Fulham 3-0 at Craven Cottage.
Mikel Arteta’s boys netted all three goals in the first half, outplaying the home side in grand style.
Arsenal first shook the net in the 16th minute but the goal was ruled offside after VAR check.
Magalhaes Gabriel, however, put Arsenal ahead, scoring a header from Trossard’s corner in the 21st minute.
Gabriel Martinelli doubled Arsenal’s lead with another header in the 27th minute courtesy of Trossard’s assist.
Assisted again by Trossard, Martin Odegaard fired in Arsenal’s third goal just a few minutes to first half break, leaving Fulham behind with a three goal margin.
Fulham returned into the second half looking much better but Arsenal maintained firm hold of the game.
Gabriel Jesus made a return into the Gunners squad after a long injury lay off, substituting fantastic Trossard.
With Sunday’s result, the Gunners remain atop EPL log with five points ahead of Man City.
Arsenal now have 66 points in 27 games. City have 61 points in 27 games.
