I enjoyed watching skits on Tinubu’s gaffes: Keyamo
APC presidential campaign spokesman Festus Keyamo says he enjoys seeing skits deriding his principal, Bola Tinubu, for his ridiculous gaffes during electioneering.
On Monday, Mr Keyamo shared a comic video where Mr Tinubu’s misspeaks were mixed beats in a hilarious way.
“The video below is my top pick for the funniest video against us. I thoroughly enjoyed the rhythm!,” Mr Keyamo tweeted.
He said further that “as they were busy making skits and memes & funny videos, we were doing more serious campaigns on serious issues. Now, it’s time to start presenting consolation prizes to the losers.”
The video shared by Mr Keyamo on Monday, captured some hilarious and embarrassing gaffes of Mr Tinubu such as: “God bless PDAPC” and “a town hall different from balablu blublu bulaba.”
Mr Tinubu, 71, also hailed Kaduna governor Nasir El-Rufai’s creativity in turning the fortunes of his state from a “rotten situation into a bad one.”
His gaffes during the campaign were, however, dismissed by his spokespersons as slip of tongue which has nothing to do with Mr Tinubu’s frail health.
On March 1, Mr Tinubu was announced winner of the February 25 presidential election, amidst protests by opposition parties, challenging the electoral umpire the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for failing to upload election results on its server.
The duo of Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of Labour Party have approached the Presidential Election Tribunal, challenging Mr Tinubu’s victory.
However, Mr Tinubu has dismissed rigging claims as immaterial to his victory, while suing for peace with opposition parties.
