Atiku campaign hails Tinubu on inauguration as president; prays wisdom for new administration

The presidential spokesman and arrowhead of the Atiku Abubakar campaign organisation, Bwala Daniel, has congratulated President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shetima on their inauguration.
Mr Daniel took to his Twitter page to deliver the message and also pray for God’s wisdom and courage on the duo as they assume leadership position.
“May I congratulate Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT and Kashim Shetima @KashimSM for taking the oath of office and allegiance as the 16th President and Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to defend the constitution and administer the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I pray that God almighty gives you both the wisdom and courage to govern this great nation with honesty, sincerity, and integrity. My best wishes politics aside,” he said.
Mr Daniel’s tweet drew backlash from other Twitter users who feel that as a spokesman for the Atiku presidential campaign, he shouldn’t be openly congratulating Mr Tinubu, especially since his principal was currently challenging the election in the courts.
Mr Daniel has not replied to the remarks on his tweet so far.
Mr Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress party was sworn in today as Nigeria’s 16th president. He takes over from former president Muhammadu Buhari, whose administration elapsed same day.
