Suspended EFCC chair Bawa in SSS custody

The invitation relates to some investigative activities concerning him.

The Department of State Services (DSS) has invited Abdulrasheed Bawa, the suspended Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). 

This was contained in a statement signed by Peter Afunanya, SSS spokesperson.  

Mr Afunanya said Mr Bawa arrived a few hours ago at the SSS Headquarters, Abuja.

The invitation relates to some investigative activities concerning him.

Mr Bawa was suspended indefinitely on Wednesday by President Bola Tinubu.
