Tinubu to chair Aisha Buhari’s book presentation

The summit is targeted at state first ladies and gender-focused institutions, with Bisi Fayemi as the Keynote speaker and Besty Obaseki, as the session chair.

The Office of the First Lady of Nigeria, in collaboration with the Women and National Development (WAND), will, on Thursday, in Abuja, stage a public presentation of a book, ‘Aisha Buhari Being Different.’

This was announced in a statement by Aliyu Abdullahi, media aide of the First Lady, Aisha Buhari.

Hajo Sani wrote the book in honour of Mrs Buhari.

He said the event would be chaired by the All Progressives Congress chieftain, Bola Tinubu, while Folorunso Alakija will be the special guest.

The book will be reviewed and presented to the public by Fatai Aremu of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.

The event will also feature a summit on first ladyship with the theme, ‘Emerging Trends in the Role of the First Lady in National Development.’
