APC deputy national chair congratulates Uzodimma on re-election as Imo gov

The Deputy National Chairman, South, of the All Progressives Congress, Emma Eneukwu, has congratulated Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, on his re-election.
Uzodimma in a poll held on Saturday Imo won with 540,308 votes to beat other candidates as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission on Sunday.
In a congratulatory message in Enugu State on Sunday, Eneukwu expressed admiration for Uzodimma’s steadfast commitment and acknowledged the confidence placed on his leadership by the Imo electorate.
He lauded the role played by leaders within the APC, particularly those with influence nationwide and notably in Southern Nigeria, in ensuring the success of the party in the election.
The deputy national chairman, however, urged those who did not emerge victorious to gracefully align with Uzodimma’s transformative agenda.
According to him, the call is for collective efforts towards a harmonious symphony, resonating across the political spectrum to ensure advancement of Imo and for all to contribute to the prosperity of the nation.
He said that it was only collective positive efforts that would move Imo forward, adding that Uzodimma would engender transformation in the state.
