Liverpool thrash Chelsea to seal Klopp’s 200th premier league win

Jurgen Klopp secured his 200th Premier League victory, guiding Liverpool to a commanding 4-1 triumph over Chelsea, reclaiming the top spot at Anfield.
Luis Díaz and Darwin Núñez’s dynamic play troubled Chelsea’s defence early on, with Núñez denied multiple times by Đorđe Petrović. Diogo Jota’s persistent effort broke the deadlock, squeezing between Thiago Silva and Benoît Badiashile to score. Conor Bradley added a landmark goal before halftime with a precise finish from a Díaz pass.
Despite Núñez hitting the woodwork from a penalty, Liverpool continued to dominate. Dominik Szoboszlai’s header from Bradley’s cross extended the lead, countered only momentarily by Christopher Nkunku’s goal for Chelsea.
Díaz’s goal sealed Liverpool’s victory, breaking a record streak of seven consecutive draws between the teams and condemning Pochettino to just one win in 13 league and cup clashes against Klopp.
