An Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Wednesday ordered the remand of one Olumide Monday, 44, in the correctional facility over alleged murder.
Mr Monday, whose residential address was not provided, is charged with the murder of Usman Bala, 35.
The Magistrate, Mr Olaolu Olanipekun, however, did not take the plea of the defendant for want in jurisdiction.
