Borussia Dortmund secured their spot in the UEFA Champions League final for the first time since Jürgen Klopp’s 2013 squad, triumphing over Paris Saint-Germain with a 1-0 victory (2-0 on aggregate) in a thrilling match at the Parc des Princes.

Luis Enrique’s PSG came out strong, eager to overturn their first-leg deficit. Achraf Hakimi led the charge down the right flank, supplying crosses for Kylian Mbappé.

Despite PSG’s dominance early on, Dortmund’s defence held firm, with Ousmane Dembélé missing a crucial chance for the hosts.

In the second half, PSG continued to press forward, but a decisive header from Mats Hummels off Julian Brandt’s corner extended Dortmund’s lead.

Despite PSG’s relentless attacks, including hitting the post for the 12th time in the tournament, Dortmund’s defence held strong, securing their spot in the final.

Now, Dortmund await their final opponent, with the possibility of a rematch against Bayern Munich, who defeated them in the 2013 final at Wembley Stadium, adding an extra layer of anticipation to the showdown.
