Plateau gets new FRSC sector commander

Babatunde Farinloye has been appointed as the new sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Plateau.
Peter Longsan, the public education officer, disclosed this in a statement in Jos on Sunday.
Mr Longsan said Mr Farinloye, who had already assumed office, replaced Mr Alphonsus Godwin, who had been deployed to the corps headquarters in Abuja.
”The corps marshal has redeployed senior officers across all FRSC formations. Plateau now has Mr Babatunde Farinloye as its new sector commander,” the statement read in parts.
The public education officer further said Mr Farinloye had served as sector commander of FRSC in Lagos before the latest posting.
He described the new sector commander as a seasoned administrator who had served the FRSC in various sensitive capacities.
Mr Longsan urged FRSC personnel in the state to support the new sector commander towards achieving set objectives.
