Nasarawa speaker hails Tinubu for reviving refineries

The speaker of the Nasarawa House of Assembly, Danladi Jatau, has praised President Bola Tinubu for reviving the Warri and Port Harcourt refineries.
The speaker said he believed the move was a significant step toward addressing the nation’s challenges.
Mr Jatau said this on Wednesday during a New Year Church Service at ECWA Goodnews, Garaku, Kokona LGA. He urged Nigerians not to lose hope despite the challenges facing the country, which he said were surmountable.
Mr Jatau emphasised the importance of praying for leaders to succeed, citing the revival of the refineries as a positive development.
Mr Jatau also thanked God for the Dangote refinery, which has led to a drop in fuel prices. He commended Mr Tinubu for his efforts in reviving the economy, stating that the economy was changing positively.
The speaker urged Christians and other Nigerians to embrace forgiveness, live in unity and peace, and tolerate one another, regardless of their affiliations.
He prayed for a prosperous new year, calling on Christians and others to continue praying for and supporting Governor Abdullahi Sule and other leaders to succeed.
