EFCC parades Tania Omotayo’s husband, business partner for internet fraud
Tania Omotayo’s husband Olasumbo and his business partner Armani who are co-owners of the popular Buzz Bar in Victoria Island Lagos, have been paraded by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, following their arrest for alleged internet fraud on June 29.
The duo Olasumbo and Armani who were picked at their residence at Oniru area of Lagos, on June 29 for a $35 million fraud were paraded on Monday.
Unknown to the Lagos big boys, who have been showcasing their luxurious lifestyle, the duo have been under surveillance of the EFCC after one of their business partners in the United States exposed them to the FBI a few weeks ago.
Aside their arrest, the EFCC has also confiscated their properties and luxurious cars found in their residence during the arrest.
The Lagos designer husband’s arrest comes a few weeks after she celebrated her 29th birthday in a grand luxurious style with prominent Nigerian celebrities in attendance.
