PCRC urges security vigilance during Eid celebrations
Rufus Ebegba, chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee in Abuja, has urged the public to remain security-conscious during the Eid el-Fitr celebrations.
He made this statement during an interview in Abuja on Monday.
Mr Ebegba encouraged people to watch their neighbourhoods and report suspicious behaviour to law enforcement agencies.
He also urged the police to continue strengthening efforts to ensure public safety.
Mr Ebegba called on community leaders to promote peace and cooperation, reaffirming the PCRC’s commitment to fostering a strong partnership between the police and the public.
