The Securities and Exchange Commission says it has begun a technology adoption assessment for capital market operators registered by the SEC.

In a notice posted on its website on Tuesday, the SEC said the exercise was to assess the adoption of advanced technologies among registered CMOs.

According to the SEC in the notice, all registered CMOs should access and complete the survey by logging in to the e-portal  https://eportal.sec.gov.ng/survey with their current access credentials.

The SEC said the survey was scheduled between April 30 and May 15.

The SEC called on all capital market operators to direct their enquiries to innovation@sec.gov.ng.
