Nasarawa: Administrator urges youths to be peaceful

The administrator of the Akun Area Administrative Council in Nasarawa, Garba Adigizi, has urged Nigerian youths to continue living in peace and unity for the development of the state and the country at large.
The administrator made the call on Saturday during the inauguration of the board members of Wakama Youth Association in Wakama, Akun Area Administrative Council of Nasarawa.
Mr Adigizi said that the importance of unity and peace to human and societal development could not be overemphasised. The chairman congratulated Meshach Jatau, FRSC’s assistant corps marshal, David Attah, a former 2023 PDP aspirant, Nasarawa Eggon East constituency of Nasarawa House of Assembly, on their appointment as grand patron and Matron of the association.
He also congratulated Janet James Angbazo, a retired permanent secretary in the state civil service.
The administrator also called on the youths of the association and the people of the state to continue to support Governor Abdullahi Sule to provide dividends of democracy to the people of the state.
Mr Adigizi also urged the youths to continue praying and supporting James Angbazo, the Aren Akun of the Akun Area Administrative Council, to succeed.
Earlier, the district head of Wakama, Makka Adams Nangba, congratulated them on their well-deserved appointments. He called on the youths to continue to be law-abiding, respect constituted authorities, and live in unity and peace.
