‎Tinubu visits Lagos, to inaugurate projects in Imo Tuesday

Mr Tinubu is expected to engage with key private sector leaders and senior government officials while in Lagos.

President Bola Tinubu arrived in Lagos on Friday for a working visit, as Nigeria prepares for a low-key 65th Independence Anniversary.

‎This is contained in a statement by presidential apokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, on Friday in Abuja.

‎Mr Tinubu travelled to Lagos after attending the coronation of the new Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, in Oyo State.

‎While in Lagos, the President is expected to engage with key private sector leaders and senior government officials.

‎He will travel to Imo State on Tuesday to inaugurate projects executed by Governor Hope Uzodimma.

‎As part of the Independence anniversary, the President will also inaugurate the remodelled National Theatre, Lagos, renamed the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts.
