Eight suspected phone thieves arrested in Lagos
Officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps have arrested eight suspected criminals for dispossessing pedestrians of their phones in the Mile 2 area of the state.
Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, disclosed this in a post on X, on Thursday.
Mr Wahab wrote, “Eight miscreants snatching phones on pedestrians of Mile 2 were earlier today arrested during a morning raid by the operatives of Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps.”
The commissioner said the suspects are 21-year-old Anthony Osinachi, 45-year-old Victor Onuoha, 25-year-old Rowland Ede, and 24-year-old Daniel Chiso
