The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has commenced the 2025 annual customer satisfaction survey for contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).

This was contained in a statement issued by the commission, in Abuja on Saturday.

According to the statement, the survey, which began on November 3, would run until December 17, 2025.

According to the commission, it is aimed at assessing customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and pension literacy among Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees.

PenCom said the annual exercise was an important feedback mechanism that helps the commission strengthen service delivery across the pension industry.

Also, it encouraged all active contributors and retirees to participate in the survey to enable the commission gather credible insights that would inform policy improvements.

According to the commission, the survey is open to all CPS stakeholders and can be accessed through its official website, www.pencom.gov.ng, as well as its social media platforms.

It added that it can be accessed on their official social media handles: Facebook: Search for @PenCom.gov, Twitter (X): Search for @PenComNig.

Others are Instagram: Search for @pencomnigeria and LinkedIn: Search for National Pension Commission.

The statement encouraged broad participation in the survey, explaining that it would help support ongoing efforts to enhance transparency, improve operational efficiency, and ensure better retirement outcomes for Nigerians.

PenCom also reiterated its commitment to continuous improvement even as it urged contributors and retirees to take a few minutes to complete the survey before the closing date.
