Abuja ruler donates funds to support Tinubu’s reelection bid

Idris Musa, the Agaba of Jiwa in the Abuja municipal area council, has donated funds to the FCT Renewed Hope Ambassadors.
Mr Musa said that the donation was to support the reelection of President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
The money was donated to the group working for the reelection of Mr Tinubu, when its members, led by the coordinator, Adamu Abdullahi, visited Musa in his palace on Wednesday.
He commended the exemplary leadership of Mr Tinubu and his choice of Nyesom Wike to drive development and progress in Abuja.
He declared his commitment to Mr Tinubu’s reelection and promised to personally mobilise support for the president. Mr Musa donated N1 million to the cause.
Mr Musa noted that the people must show appreciation for what he described as a “laudable and brotherly gesture” extended to the people of Abuja through inclusive governance and meaningful appointments.
Mr Abdullahi noted Mr Tinubu’s deliberate and inclusive approach to governance, as well as the attention accorded to the FCT.
He highlighted key appointments, infrastructural projects, and policy reforms aimed at repositioning Abuja as a true capital city that reflects unity and shared prosperity.
He further stressed the importance of traditional institutions in sustaining the ongoing development in the FCT and across the nation.
The coordinator equally stressed the need for a deliberate engagement with village heads and community leaders to mobilise support for Tinubu.
“I, therefore, seek the consent of the Agaba of Jiwa to allow the Renewed Hope Ambassadors to engage community leaders across the various communities of this great chiefdom,” he said.
