Nigerians will witness economic ease this year; many who japa will return home: Adeboye

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has prophesied that many Nigerians who migrated to the United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and other countries, will return to Nigeria this year.
Mr Adeboye who stated this at the RCCG annual crossover service held at the church’s camp in Ogun State, said the wind of change that began in 2024 would continue to blow even more strongly in 2026, ushering in increased opportunities and victories for individuals and nations.
The cleric added that there would be reduction in hunger including blossoming of small and medium enterprises.
“Many who japa will come back home,” Mr Adeboye declared amid shouts of ‘amen’ by congregants.
He also prophesied that the chance of a major war was less this year than last year.
Concerning the weather, the man of God noted that 2026 weather pattern would be similar to that of 2025, noting that there was however a chance of a couple of major hurricanes.
He further stated that 2026 would be more remarkable than 2025.
Mr Adeboye stated, “There will be more opportunities, breakthroughs, successes, victories, and less failure this year than last year. A lot of testimonies will begin with ‘God remembered me at last’.”
The cleric promised to share the second part of the prophesies on Friday, ‘if God permits’ him.
