U.S. suspends visa processing for Nigeria, Somalia, Yemen, 72 other countries indefinitely

U.S. government has suspended visa processing for Nigeria, Somalia, Yemen and other 72 countries.
The U.S. noted that indefinite pause to visa processing for the countries would take effect from January 21.
Citing a State Department memo, Fox News on Wednesday reported that, all consular officers had been directed to pause visa processing for 75 countries.
“The countries include Somalia, Russia, Afghanistan, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Nigeria, Thailand, Yemen and more,” the report stated.
