The document noted that 28 ships laden with petroleum products, food items, and other goods were expected to arrive at Apapa, Lekki, and Tin-Can Island ports between January 27 and February 6.

NPA stated that the expected ships would contain bulk wheat, bulk gypsum, fresh fish, petrol, bulk gas, crude oil, and containers carrying various goods.

Twenty two other ships are currently at the ports, discharging various cargoes including containers, raw crude oil, alkaline, bulk gypsum, base oil, bulk crude oil, bulk wheat, bulk clinker, bulk urea, and empty containers.
