Ibadan: OYRTMA trains officers on ethical standards
The Oyo State Road Transport Management Authority on Tuesday trained its commanders and ticketing officers on ethical standards and resilient building.
OYRTMA chairman, Adesagba Adekoya, said in Ibadan that the training would significantly improve officers’ performance and ensure that traffic management moves forward.
According to him, the training will also enhance officers’ operational methods and provide solutions to some of the challenges they face in the course of their duties.
Mr Adekoya said that other categories of officers would be engaged in another workshop soon.
The training consultant, Olukayode Ademola of Boomog Consulting Services Limited, said participants would be equipped with improved traffic management skills and better ways to carry out their daily duties.
