Katsina: Gov Radda mourns water board MD Tingilin

Governor Dikko Radda has mourned Tukur Tinglin, the managing director of the Katsina State Water Board.
Mr Tingilin died Thursday evening in a road crash on the Katsina-Malumfashi road.
Mr Radda said that Mr Tinglin’s leadership as managing director of the water board was marked by service to the people, even until his last breath.
The governor revealed that it was under his guidance that efforts to ensure clean water reached every household in Katsina were greatly intensified and sustained.
A statement by the state government said the governor took solace in the fact that Mr Tinglin passed away as a faithful Muslim during the Holy month of Ramadan.
“Radda, on behalf of the government and the people of Katsina, extends heartfelt condolences to the family of the late managing director and the people of the Malumfashi local government area,” the statement said.
