Polaris Bank announces scheduled system maintenance during Easter 

The bank advised customers to use its alternative channels during the period.

Polaris Bank has announced a three-day, 10-hour night schedule maintenance during the Easter holiday towards better service delivery to its customers.

The bank, in an email to its customers on Good Friday, explained that the maintenance scheduled for 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily will take place from Friday, April 3, to Monday, April 6, 2026.

It advised customers to use its alternative channels during the period.

The bank explained that there may be limited access to its self-service platform, VULTe, during the period, urging customers to explore the alternative, which is PolarisXperience, through its website.

“In continuation of our commitment to delivering a seamless and improved banking experience, we will be conducting a scheduled system maintenance during these Easter holidays.

“Date: Friday, 3rd April – Monday, 6th April 2026. Time: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. daily.

“During this period, access to VULTe may be limited. We have provided an alternative channel, PolarisXperience. Please go to our website to onboard or use it as an existing user,” the bank said.

The bank also provided login details and email addresses customers could use. while communicating its regrets for inconveniences and assuring normal service resumption after the maintenance.
